WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

As Heraclitus stated in 500BC, ‘There is nothing permanent except change’. When I first started my career in IT back in the early 80s, the conventional wisdom was that there would be periods of change followed by periods of stability. In today’s world of the digital era, change is no longer periodic; it is continuous and increasing at an ever-frantic pace. Every manager and leader within an organisation, from the most junior to the most senior, will be required to do their bit.
