6 RETAINING THE HUMAN TOUCH AT CALDERDALE COUNCIL
In this case study I look at the use of an IVA at Calderdale Council in England. In my view this case study exemplifies application of best practice. It shows how a joined-up, inclusive approach supported by executives and with good stakeholder communication can deliver great success. Another important aspect of this case study is that it showcases how intelligent solutions can be enhanced post-deployment to respond to changing conditions and requirements. Finally, it demonstrates that the solutions can be simple and updated by non-technical staff.
