Logical Weapons

Logical weapons are the tools or software programs that we likely envision when discussing cyber warfare. These are the set of tools that is used to conduct reconnaissance, scout out the networks and systems of our opponents, and attack or exploit (which means to spy on in terms of CNE, as we will discuss further in Chapter 5) the various targets we might find.
