Making the Decision
Abstract
The purpose of this chapter is to help you make decisions around moving to the cloud. First, you need to determine whether you should move to cloud. Then, if you decide to go the cloud route, you need to determine the service model that best fits your need. After that, you need to figure out what deployment model will best fit. If you decide you want to go with a public cloud provider, you need to figure out which one. In this chapter we review some of the criteria you can use in trying to determine the best provider to meet your storage needs.
