DESIGN
In the design phase, as the designer you will provide the basic foundation and structure for the training project. The foundation consists of the goals, objectives, and evaluation tasks that must be developed and how they are sequenced. The structure comes from the many decisions that must be made regarding training platforms and other implementation questions.
Develop a design plan that includes a working map for the project. This will serve as the blueprint for the training and will list all the objectives written for the training program along with a list of additional items needed such as
• printed support materials including manuals and handouts
• audio and video support materials
