Britney Spears had a baby, platinum comeback, and meltdown this year (in that short order) following her separation from greaseball hubby Kevin Federline. She lost custody of her kids, flashed her bare lady parts, nearly dropped her baby, and shaved her head. While Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan ran around town drinking and smoking whatever they could find, they couldn’t hold a candle to Britney – ironically the only member of the ′07 Brat Pack to escape the year without getting arrested. But her antics this year landed her on countless magazine covers and in editorial cartoons.
