After years of tension and mounting pressure from the U.S. and Israel, the International Atomic Energy Agency released a report showing that Iran was indeed developing uranium enrichment for “peaceful purposes” and not to proliferate nuclear weapons. The report was disappointing for the Bush administration but gave cartoonists another opportunity to draw the nasty, unshaven, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
