DREAMING IN COLOR
Week 2
Before I created my company, EGAMI, I Dreamed of having an all-white office. I would visualize this office, and in my imagination, I’d walk around in this space, making myself feel at home there. Years later, when I finally secured my first office in Manhattan, I shared this vision with my interior designer. “I want the walls white,” I told her. “I want my team to be able to write their ideas all over the place.” My desire was to give my team a white canvas to serve as a reminder that every day is an opportunity to create new possibilities, campaigns, and ideas for our clients. By providing a white canvas for my team, I was fostering and nurturing my team’s creativity.
