So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

What is the Blendification System? The Blendification System is the intentional actions taken to activate potential by connecting culture, strategy, and execution. These three components (culture, strategy, and execution) of the organization are broken down and built up in the Blendification System creating a path to realize potential.
