Chapter 6. Animation
Although GIMP wasn’t designed to build animations, it does have some video-editing capabilities that you can use to animate a logo, for instance, or decorate a web page. In this chapter, we first introduce some simple animations, and then, in subsequent sections of this chapter as well as in Chapter 18, we demonstrate more complex animations and show how to manipulate existing video sequences in GIMP.
