VPN Servers

A VPN server (or host) can be part of a Unix or Windows server, or it can be built into a stand-alone network router or gateway. If your network already uses a separate computer as a dedicated server, you can use that computer as the VPN server. A separate piece of hardware might be a better choice if your network does not already have a full-blown network server.
