We have explored eleven personality traits, cognitive styles, and communication styles. Although I have discussed each of the characteristics separately, each person is, of course, a combination of all of them. For each situation in which you would like to improve your relationship with someone else, it is important that you take some time to figure out which of these characteristics is getting in the way or causing the problem. It may be one or more of them, remember. In most cases, though, it is not all eleven! That would make it difficult to figure anyone out.
