So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The B Team leaders see investments in education as the most important we will make in the coming decades. It's clear that despite their many defects, our education systems have succeeded in ways that would have been unimaginable a century or two ago. They are turning out some very bright young people ready to take on the world. In some ways, however, and particularly at the level of business schools, they have succeeded too well in indoctrinating students in conventional wisdom. Too many of the world's leading B-schools have been inculcating a single-bottom-line-focused agenda and linked set of values.
