Good Intentions Gone Bad
Sometimes we don’t do a great job at reading the room. It isn’t for a lack of compassion or a real desire to impact our teams and our company in a positive way. It really comes down to authentic empathy. The Golden Rule 2.0 can be applied here. Don’t just do unto others as you would have done unto you. Do unto others as they would have done unto themselves.
