Uses of Streaming and Digital Media Report

In July 2003, the Aberdeen Group and Streaming Media, Inc., administered two separate surveys to Web site visitors. The surveys asked respondents how they used streaming and digital media in both a business and personal context. It also asked them about how they used rich media including frequency, session length, and preferred media players. This report summarized the survey responses and provided Aberdeen’s analysis of the data. Most important, this report translated that data analysis into specific recommendations and streaming digital media has directly impacted enterprises, content providers, and end users.
