THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of _________, ____, is made by and between ________________ [name of producer] (“Producer”) whose address is ________________ and ________________ [name of writer] (“Writer”)¹ whose address is ________________ with respect to Writer’s services on the feature-length motion picture currently entitled, “______________________” (the “Picture”).
