Life Story Rights Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of _________, ____, is made by and between ________________ (“Company”) whose address is ________________ and ________________ (“Owner”), an individual, whose address is ________________ concerning the development of a film based on the Owner’s life story (the “Film”). This Agreement is intended to outline the understanding and lay out the steps of the Film. It will also delineate the primary responsibilities of the parties for the Film and the obligations and fees associated with the acquisition of rights.
