INTRODUCTION

No modern day business plan or existing enterprise is complete or current without the incorporation of ethical guidelines. Arguably, the most public ethical issues in sports have involved the use and regulation of performance-enhancing drugs. Historically, this issue was primarily the province of the Olympic Games and collegiate athletics. In recent years, the media focus has predominantly been on the use of these drugs in Major League Baseball.
