A huge part of protecting deals in China lies in our relationship with law and its relationship, in turn, with deals. Assuming we have used all the correct strategies to create excellent business relationships and underpinned all deals with genuinely strong and resilient business bonds, we will have gone much of the way to creating the enterprise success we desire. This presupposes, of course, that have nurtured these bonds and shown commitment to potential partners in the short, medium, and long term.
