WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOU LAUNCH YOUR BUSINESS
First, forget everything you know about how to start a business. Here, you’ll find out what you really need to do to begin building a global enterprise that will transform the lives of 100 million poor people.
Let’s assume for the sake of argument that you’ve resolved to start a business along the lines we’re laying out in this book. Doing so will likely be a lot different from what you’ve experienced in the past. What will make a difference for poor people? And how will you go about doing that? What will you do?
