I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Set Etiquette
There are only two rules of Set Etiquette for Camera Assistants (and everybody else on the crew):
Rule #1: Keep Your Mouth Shut!
Rule #2: Stay in Your Own Department!
Unfortunately, I never mastered these rules, and am constantly getting myself into trouble. Maybe you will have better luck.
Rule #1 has more to do with career insurance than etiquette, but it is an important concept to understand. I have rarely been able to resist the temptation to let some fool know that I know he is a fool. I often do this loudly, and in front of witnesses. Tact was never my strong suit, and neither is tolerance for incompetence or injustice.
