Troubleshooting may be described as a careful system of finding the cause of a problem and correcting it. When something goes wrong, find out why, and then correct or eliminate the problem. You need common sense and logic, as well as knowledge of the equipment you are working with. If you are familiar with the equipment, you should be able to follow a step-by-step procedure to find and correct almost any problem that you encounter.
