Before, During, andAfter the Job
Now that you have read the first six chapters, and, it is hoped, know how to do the job of a First and Second Assistant Cameraman, I’d like to mention some of the things you should do before you get the job, how to act once you have the job, and finally what to do when it’s all over. Some of what is discussed here includes preparing a résumé, questions to ask during the interview, proper set etiquette, and how to behave while on the job, and staying in contact with crew people after the job.
