She leads research efforts focusing on human capital analytics, leadership development, labor markets, strategic workforce planning, talent management, diversity and inclusion, human resources, and employee engagement. She has taught at New York University Stern School of Business and served on the board of directors for the Association for Talent Development New York Chapter.
