REWARDS
Rewards and recognitions are a vital key to encouraging loyalty, pride, and dedication in your team. One of the most significant ways to do this is to simply say thank you. When was the last time you thanked someone for doing something? A CEO who shows gratitude by her words and deeds for the contributions made by others will strengthen the bond between herself and her team. This cannot be overemphasized.
