Dealing with Negative Attitudes
Negative attitudes take many forms. An attitude is negative if it is not helping advance or uplift people in the organization. People who are always or often whining about how hard they are working, complaining about the many hours they are putting in at work, or using excuses to explain why something is not done in a timely manner are displaying a negative attitude. Some would call this “loser behavior.”
