Chapter 15. Continuing the Journey to Conscious Change Leadership
The process of transformation is continuous, as is the pursuit of greater consciousness about how to lead and consult to it. Rather than conclude the journey here, we would like to offer you some things to think about to keep your development process going. In this chapter, we list three sets of questions and ideas for you to ponder: one about your general reactions and insights about using the CLR, one for change consultants, and one for change leaders.
