Chatham Sullivan is an organizational psychologist and a partner at Pivot, a strategic leadership boutique. Chatham has taught at the Wharton School of Business and the School of Social Policy at the University of Pennsylvania and worked closely with executives at some of the worlds most influential organizations, such as PayPal, eBay, Nike, Johnson & Johnson, and other Fortune 500 companies. Chatham is an avid fly fisherman and once worked as a professional guide on Wyoming’s Platte River. He currently lives in Belmont, Massachusetts, with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three children, Sophia, Abraham, and Lyra.
