Abstract

The need for skilled and experienced personnel to lead and participate in business process management (BPM) activities is obvious and in high demand in today’s global market. Professional certification can be found in many industries and professions, and BPM is no exception. The market offers a variety of vendor-, technology-, and methodology-driven certifications.
