I’m an 81.
But only if I fudge the results a little. Only if I lie a little and let myself off the hook.
Only if I strive for good enough rather than for what I’m truly capable of.
If I’m serious with myself, if I really hold myself to the standard I want to be held, then I’m probably lucky to be a 62.
Now I can tick quite a few boxes of This Is Success, and I suspect you can too.
And I know I want to go further in the work I do and I suspect you feel the same.
But at this point in your career, it’s a fair bet that just adding to your technical knowledge isn’t going to be enough.
