The production office is the heart of your production — it’s the communications and operating center. It is where decisions are made; deals are negotiated; crews are hired; valuable paperwork and vital information is generated and distributed from; logistics are handled; equipment, materials and supplies are ordered; costs are budgeted and approved; a million details are managed; problems are solved and crews’ needs are met.
