How the Internet Is Changing the Way Companies Recruit and Hire

Companies can advertise open positions more easily and increase the number of applicants for each position by posting information on their own Web site or on an Internet job board. Candidates can identify available positions and can gain information about the company and the position without interfacing with human resources personnel.
