TOOLSET: BUILDING A VISION STATEMENT
A project vision statement is a vivid description of a desired future state when the project is successful. It is unique to the project. Stakeholders will know when that new state is realized. The statement should be clear, convincing, concise, and compelling. Avoid using jargon, but use terms specific to the project. Craft this statement upon initiating every project.
