As you now know, I’m passionate about teaching the world coaching skills. I do not believe the skills be kept secret or practiced by a few.

The greatest gift you can give another person is to help them get clear about what they want, and assist them to get clear about how to get it. That is true empowerment. Along with loving and being loved, it is a foundation for fulfilled and meaningful living. When you exercise and use coaching skills with people, you demonstrate leadership in empowering others.

Coaching skills are simple, effective, and easy to learn. In formal coaching situations they’re relatively easy to practice because there is an agreement between coaching and coachee about what should happen.
