Prioritize Based on Your Strategy

Prioritization is how you determine what content you need to meet your audiences’ expectations and how you can achieve your organizational goals. An information architect once told me, “I can organize the heck out of whatever content my clients give me. And most of the time, they ask me to organize stuff I bet no one cares about.” That’s the sad but true reality for lots of websites.
