Systems of Merit

I should have studied to become a psychologist! Our present HR system does not fit with Lean. Our current HR system manages people with fear and carrots and sticks, but Lean is all about developing people. A Lean HR systems of merit will better help our associates achieve their potential by emphasizing that we are a learning organization.
