Melodic Sequencing

Sequencing music involves capturing and managing of all the parts that combine to form the performance of a piece of music. The producer is therefore responsible for every detail of each part involved. Quantization and rhythmic manipulation were covered in Chapter 6 and represent the first step toward creating realistic performances.
