Cultures are formed at the earliest stages of an organization’s life. They either are confirmed by successful performance as being effective or die along with a failed organization. They flourish, are diluted, and are renewed through methods we will explore in more detail later. But with the help of several examples, we’ll take a quick tour of culture in an organization’s life cycle.
