Content and style: what to say and how to say it

It is, of course, extremely important to phrase your information in such a way as to sell yourself as effectively as possible.

Your CV is your personal sales brochure and needs to be copywritten accordingly.

It is also important to strike the right balance between too little and too much text. To achieve this, you’re going to need to be very careful how you phrase yourself.

Person, pronouns and verbs

There’s a lot of confusion about the ‘person’ in which you should write your CV.
