There’s always a lot of debate about the Interests and activities section. In this chapter I’ll outline the pros and cons of including such a section, explain my opinion on the matter, and also detail precisely how you should handle your own Interests and activities section – if you decide to include one.

Before we discuss what to – or, perhaps more importantly, what not to – include in this section, let’s first of all ask ourselves whether or not you should even bother including such a section on your CV.
