Fashions and accepted norms for CV writing can vary quite considerably from country to country. In many countries a CV isn’t even called a CV; it could be called a résumé or any one of a number of local terms.
In The CV Book my focus is very much on the UK. However, in this chapter I will briefly discuss the particular requirements of a small selection of different countries. These are all countries I know to be popular amongst our clients when it comes to living and working abroad.
