If you can, cast your mind back to the dark days before the invention of the Internet … Searching for a new job was definitely a lot more of an uphill struggle back then, involving hours and hours scanning the jobs pages, traipsing around recruitment agencies and posting countless CVs to countless employers.
With the creation of the Internet (and email), life has undoubtedly become a lot easier for a job hunter. However, whilst indeed very useful, the Internet is only one aspect of a balanced job hunt.
