Abstract

This chapter provides examples of operations processes common at many organizations, breaks them down into a few core components, and applies this thinking to data governance and the Playbook. This chapter also covers how a Playbook process can be managed as an operations process and how it can be integrated into the rest of the company. Some of these topics apply to both large and small companies and some topics to large, complex organizations. Dozens of ideas and approaches based on direct experience are included to help you put the Playbook to use.
