Glossary of Terms Activity A defined set f stakes related to a specific process that produce specific outcomes. Example: Defining critical data is an activity that includes multiple tasks and included a specific outcome.
Ad-hoc Occurring randomly or on demand, not given to periodicity.
Artifact A physical or digital result from an interaction or transaction. Example: a receipt is an artifact of a transaction.
Assessment The outcome of an evaluation of a process or event. Example: a scored exam constitutes an assessment of learning.
