So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

When you finish a design studio, you have just started the first 10% of your project. Your participants are exhausted, but happy with their progress. Paper, markers, tape, rulers, sticky notes, and more are scattered around a cluttered room. Your work, however, isjust beginning. You need to share your vision with everyone:
