Building Your Visioneering Practice
By now your team is well underway successfully executing your product vision, masterfully navigating uncharted terrain with a trusty compass and maintaining a clear view of your North Star. The results are proof that the Visioneering process works! But old ways and bad habits die hard. Individuals on your scrum teams may be tempted to fall back to the comforting familiarity of product roadmaps, legacy thinking, and “feature factory” mindsets.
