Involve Stakeholders Early and Often

Abstract

Rule #2 in developing great content is to know your stakeholders, welcome them as full partners in all content endeavors, and keep them in the loop throughout the entire process. Once you develop your digital strategy roadmap for content with their input, make sure to apprise stakeholders of every change to ensure their full support.
