Megastructures
Take a moment to study the prepared plate, and envision what New York in the far future will look like. Surely it will have huge buildings to house the ballooning population of 2100. The left side of the plate has a big open area that is a great spot to add a megastructure. Working over the FutureNYC_Plate.psd file or over the FutureNYC_Plate.jpg from the DVD, create a new layer above the Background layer, and name it LfMegastructure. Remember that the painted additions must match their neighbors. Where a new element is placed will determine its tonal properties.
