I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

You might think that working with other people is a cinch compared to collaborating with machines. We’re all human beings, after all. In reality, working in a virtual environment changes how we interact with one another. When you’re out of sight of your coworkers, managers, or clients, you can easily become out of mind and out of touch. Developing a digital mindset means learning to stay in sync with remote collaborators.
