The image of film on film was shot on 8×10 Ektachrome with a Sinar 8×10 camera with a 300mm lens under studio strobe lighting. The film roll was shot on 35mm Ektachrome shooting through colored filters with a Nikon 35mm camera and a macro lens. The transparency was scanned on an Epson Perfection V750 Scanner.

At this point, color management for digital imaging is a mature and efficient system for maintaining color appearance across multiple devices. It works really well—well, most of the time.
